We specialise in carefully matching clients with trusted, self-employed Personal Assistants for support at home and in the community - whether that means help with daily living, personal care, companionship, or building confidence and independence.

Founder & CEO
With over 15 years’ experience in care, she founded Your Care in 2014 after seeing how things could be done better. Having worked for other care agencies, she wanted to create something different - a service built on genuine compassion, trust, and respect for both clients and carers. Her specialisms include dementia care, community support, people-first leadership, and client advocacy. She’s known for her kind nature, her listening ear, and her unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.

Claire Westlake
Managing Director
With over nine years’ experience in the care sector, she joined her mum, Tina, at Your Care in 2016. Since then, she’s played a key role in shaping the warm, people-first culture that defines the team today. Her specialisms include operations management, PA support, team culture, and client care coordination. She’s known for her attention to detail, deep respect for her team, and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality care.

Leah Torrington
Office Manager
With over 15 years’ experience in care, she brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and positivity to the team. Recently stepping into the role of Office Manager, she continues to draw on her frontline experience to support both staff and clients every day. Her specialisms include frontline care, recruitment, training, and team building. Known for her bubbly personality and can-do approach, she has a natural ability to keep things running smoothly - always with a smile.

Mollie MacRae
Care and Support Administrator
With over 12 years’ experience in care, she brings energy, warmth, and a truly people-focused approach to everything she does. As the first point of contact for the PA team, she’s always there to offer guidance and support, helping new team members settle in during their first shifts. Her specialisms include person-centred support, administration, and community engagement. Known for her infectious enthusiasm and friendly nature, she makes everyone feel supported every step of the way.
