We are proud to partner with Avery Healthcare, who operate two care homes local to us, Avon Valley in Kingswood and Avonmere in Downend.
Both homes offer residential and dementia care, as well as respite stays, providing families with options whether they are looking for short-term support or considering a move into residential care.
Choosing a care home for someone you love can feel like a huge decision, which is why having relationships with local services we know and trust is so important to us.
We have had the opportunity to visit both Avon Valley and Avonmere, meet their teams and see the homes for ourselves. Both have a real focus on creating welcoming environments where residents are treated as individuals and encouraged to remain active, involved and connected.
Our partnership means that when a family comes to us looking for respite or residential care, we can confidently introduce them to a local team we have built a genuine relationship with.
