At Your Care, we offer a slower, more personal approach to supporting people at home. No rushed visits. No tickbox tasks. Just meaningful, one-on-one support where you get to know the person not just the care plan.
What the Role Involves:
You’ll support adults in their own homes by:
- Offering friendly companionship and genuine connection
- Preparing light meals, helping with routines, or reminding about medication
- Providing dignified personal care when needed
- Going out for errands, appointments, or just a bit of fresh air
- Covering clients in the East of Bristol in areas such as Keynsham, Longwell Green, Hanham, Kingswood, Fishponds & Downend (but not limited to)
Every client is matched with you based on shared personality and interests so it feels natural and comfortable.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience isn’t essential but heart is.
We're looking for people who are:
- Kind, reliable, and patient
- Happy to work independently
- Great at listening and building trust
- Drivers with access to a car
What You’ll Get:
- Up to £18/hour
- You choose your hours and clients
- Minimum of 1 hours per visit always unhurried
- Regular clients, real relationships
- Optional extra hours when you want them
