Make a Difference - Be a Dementia Home Helper with Your Care
£16/hr - weekday | Local Work in Hanham, Kingswood & Keynsham | Self-Employed

At Your Care, we believe good care takes time. Since 2014, we’ve supported people at home with a slower, more personal approach. No rushed visits or constant changes, just meaningful, one-to-one support where connection comes first.
This role is supporting clients living with dementia in their own homes, helping bring calm, consistency and a friendly face they can rely on each week.
What the Role Involves:
You’ll provide high-quality, reliable care to adults in their own homes by:
- Offering friendly companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light meals, daily routines or medication reminders
- Providing dignified personal care when needed
- Supporting clients with errands, appointments or social activities
You’ll visit the same clients every Monday and Friday, giving you the chance to build genuine relationships and become part of their weekly routine.
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from people who are:
- Kind, reliable and naturally caring
- Confident working independently
- Great at building trust and making people feel at ease
- Car drivers with access to a vehicle
- Available every Monday and Friday
No previous care experience is needed, what matters most to us is your attitude and how you treat people.
What You’ll Get:
- £16/hour for weekday hours
- Regular, consistent work with the same clients
- Minimum 1-hour visits, always unhurried
