About Us
Your Care is a small, family-run care introduction business, matching families with trusted, self-employed carers. We’re proud of our supportive, down-to-earth approach and our strong local reputation built on trust, compassion, and community.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a friendly and organised Care Administrator to join our close-knit office team.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the business. You’ll work closely with the directors and be involved in administration, client communication, and supporting care services.

No two days are the same, so you’ll need to be flexible, calm under pressure, and happy to help wherever needed. This role would suit someone with a care background who enjoys working with people and being part of a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support management with carer recruitment, where needed
  • Act as a friendly and reliable point of contact for clients, carers, and new enquiries
  • Confidently handle phone calls, emails, and general office communications
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and carers, including introductions and meetings
  • Step in to cover client visits or care support when required (essential – must have care experience)
  • Keep clear and accurate records and follow company policies and processes
  • Create simple documents, guides, and processes using Canva and Word
  • Support social media posts and Mailchimp newsletters
  • Help promote the business locally and at community events
  • Support day-to-day office tasks, the day centre, and new projects as the business grows

What You’ll Need

  • At least 2 years’ formal care experience in the field (essential)
  • At least 1 year’s office experience in a care-related role (essential)
  • Confident communication skills (phone, face-to-face, and written)
  • Organised, approachable, and able to stay calm when plans change
  • Good IT skills, including Word and Canva (social media experience a bonus)
  • UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to pitch in where needed
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
  • Self-employed status (guidance and support can be provided)

What We Offer

  • Varied work in a friendly, family-run office environment
  • Direct support from the directors and a team that values your input
  • The chance to make a genuine difference to families and carers
  • Opportunities to grow your skills as the business develops
  • Enhanced rates of pay for any out-of-hours or on-call work
  • A supportive, people-first culture with real heart
